Through the 'Baladi' platform, the Municipality of the Holy Capital offers the service of allowing a non-food mobile cart. This helps the business sector by allowing owners of non-food commercial establishments to practice sales in various locations to serve their customers in their locations and broaden their business circle.
The Municipality aims to make it easier for people to receive municipal services whenever and wherever they choose, without having to physically visit the Municipality, by automating the service and delivering it digitally via the Baladi platform. In order to give their clients the best possible service and increase competition among them, business owners have also been eager to implement all guidelines and follow all standards that have been authorized by the appropriate authorities.
The following non-food commercial activities are eligible for the service: home maintenance of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and cooling; maintenance of electronic devices like computers and mobile phones; light car maintenance like tire repair, car washes, and oil changes; and shaving for men and children. The facility license must be current in order to receive the service.
